History of
Team Grace SC
Team Grace Sporting Club formerly known as “Famous Palermo” and then to “Real Shooters Jnr” is a professional club based in Kumasi – Kwadaso. Founded on 8th August 2013, we have Green, Yellow and Black are our club colors.
After just a season, we won the zone A juvenile league for ATWiMA NWABiAGYA DiSTRiCT with an unbeaten run for both the U17 and U13 respectively. The U15 team also placed 2nd in our maiden season.
Colts football was inactive for a while until the 2018/19 season of which it was cancelled again by government directive following a corruption scandal within the Ghana football Association. The following season 2019/20 fell victim to the COVID-19 pandemic as well. On 23rd of April 2021 we finally kicked-off the second full season in our club history. Our young squad under COACH FREDERiCK OPPONG iSCO sensationally won the league with 42 points from 15 matches and secured the chances of representing the district in the KGL U17 Competition.
Our Talisman EMMANUEL AMOAH emerged as the best player and goal king with astonishing 18 goals and 9 MVP’S.
The club then placed 2nd in the next two seasons of the KWADASO MUNICIPAL colts league respectively by a point margin.
Currently, Team Grace SC is one of the top clubs in the Atwima Nwabiagya District and Kwadaso Constituency challenging for local and regional competitions every season.
